Objectives

With mobilities for studies we aspire that our students become more flexible, adaptable, embrace diversity, operate in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, and further enrich their academic journey. Traineeships aid students in implementing the skills acquired, broadening their perspectives and network, and get prepared for the labor market by working in an international environment. The Erasmus+ programme is our powerful tool to facilitate all these and foster the European identity while creating global citizens. Inbound students are also vital to ensuring our classrooms are international for those who cannot go abroad. Of course, blended mobility and Blended Intensive Programmes provide more chances for those unable to participate in long-term mobility not depriving them of the privilege to experience an international experience. We also strive to use them as stepping stones to stimulate students from underrepresented groups to go abroad for a longer period of time. Staff mobilities are of high importance not only for upskilling and reskilling of our personnel but also for exchanging ideas and good practices within the European higher education area. The Erasmus+ KA131 is pivotal to our internationalization strategy.
