By implementing this projects/Erasmus+ mobilities Codarts want: - all our students and staff to acquire intercultural and international competences in an open, diverse and international learning environment - to involve more departments in the further development of the international classroom - students and staff to benefit from our international networks, and develop their own international network for their (future) career - to build on our university of the arts as an inclusive and green learning community. We also want to offer our incoming students and staff the opportunity to further develop their professional skills as an artist, teacher or staff employee and build their own (inter)national networks for their future career by sharing with them our knowledge and expertise. Their temporary study and stay at Codarts also ensures that our students who do not participate in the Erasmus+ mobility acquire intercultural and international competences as well. These competences play an important role in further developing inclusive internationalization at our institution. Furthermore, we want to create more awareness and make more choices with regard to environmental sustainability.
