Aeres has put internationalization as one of the focal points in its strategy. The KA131 and its predecessors have formed the foundation of our internationalization activities. Aeres UAS sees the EU as its natural constituency and has close to 70 years of history to illustrate its shift in policies from regional to European to truly international. The topics we teach are international and the EU plays a major role in our students' future world of work. By means of mobility students and staff get a better insight of the differences within the EU regarding their field of expertise and learn to appreciate it. The mobility of students and staff has been and still is the first step to broaden your horizons, get new ideas, and get inspired. Introducing staff and students to internationalization by means of mobility is one of the main objectives for Aeres in the KA131 project. The second objective is to strengthen the European cooperation. Erasmus allows us to meet on a regular basis, see in which ways we are complementary in the partnership, and discuss how we can benefit from this by developing new activities together.
