Erasmus+ provides opportunities for AHK students to (1) explore their individual learning trajectories whether it’s by a study period abroad, or to carry out internship at a renowned institution in their arts discipline of performance arts, music, theatre, dance, film, cultural heritage, and so on, with the aim to gain (work) experiences that would lead to a stronger position for the students in the labour market after graduation. (2) Students are encouraged to gain skills and competences like adaptability, negotiating through differences, plural language skills, digital skills, intercultural awareness and sensitivity, deepening artistic knowledge, broadening their perspectives and empower them as an individual and competent player in the field of arts. (3) For the academies: to strengthen and deepen their existing relationships with renowned and relevant partner institutions; 4: and to explore new collaboration opportunities with new partners. 5: New innovations in education; teachers share their teaching skills, knowledge, and to learn new pedagogical methods to explore curriculum development. 6: Staff taientraining to gain new skills, broadening their European network. 7: Outreach to under-represented students to do exchange.
