The objectives of the projects were the following: -Development of strong partnership in the field of young women empowerment -Promotion of gender equity in cooperation with civil-society organizations, business organizations and public authorities in form of associated partners -Transfer of knowledge and learning about the basic women problems and the ways of their solving and connected them with the three main topics developed, powerful toll for women’s empowerment -Making business socially and environmentally oriented trough small scale business endeavors piloted by young people -Advocating social innovation in management/ production and best practices towards introducing new business models using mentorship as a tool.
Entrepreneurial learning, women’s entrepreneurship and environment investment are part of the 6 Commission priorities for 2019-24. Environment and social entrepreneurship are integral part of the EU Green Deal. Whilst, Europe does not have enough entrepreneurs following through on their ideas to set up in business, there are even few women than men entrepreneurs. We have created our project to reflect the needs of all three of the organisations: Netherlands -Relevant training program developed and implemented by youth workers -Digital educational resources that could be made available for free -Experience in EU projects and networking opportunities. Italy -New approach to solve local phenomena and include young people in the society -Relevant training material available in Italian which can be use on local level and involve young people with fewer opportunities. -Exchange of good practices in the work of young people with fewer opportunities North Macedonia -Concrete intervention on a small scale tailored to reduce the unemployment rate on local level. -Programs that will stimulate the involvement of young woman in entrepreneurship -Up to date training curriculum in the field of environmental entrepreneurship.
