We wanted to start working with international projects and give our employees, tutors, staff, and the learners in our inclusive work more opportunities. We wanted to strengthen the basic skills of our team and enhance their English Language Skills for Intercultural Communication.
This was our first try at at Erasmus + project. DalPro As is a work inclusion company. We give adults the skills and training they need to be a part of the work life. We have employees that are “VTA employees” Varig tilrettelagt arbeid, permanent organized work and “lærekandidat” a simpler form of apprenticeship where they reach selected competences goals adapted to their capabilities. We teach them basic skills and give the support they need so that they can be included in the work life. Both internally at DalPros productions and at local companies. We also teach Norwegian and social studies to refugees and teach basic skills trough the competences plus program. Since we applied for this mobility, we have moved this part of the company to our new sister company DalPro Utvikling AS. We still work closely together, and the staff and teachers are in the same staff meetings.
