The objectives of the project were to encourage student mobility for studies and traineeships, as well as for teaching and staff mobility. The University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) aim to train graduates for an international labour market and provide all students with an international experience while studying at USN. In awider perspective the goals are to offer students a chance to improve their skills-set, employability, as well as cultural and linguistic skills. Mobilities also helpbuild relations at an institutional level with other European partners, and we also see the positive impact that incoming students and staff from abroad have on ourinstitution. Erasmus+ staff mobility for training and teaching gives employees the possibility to receive new knowledge, experiences and skills. Improving the quality andrelevance of staff through teaching and training mobility is essential to equip graduates with comparative skills necessary for success in a global labour market.Staff mobility also contribute to increased international cooperation between USN and institutions across Europe.We wanted to improve mobility numbers to broaden students' horizonts, both in terms of culture and learning outcomes.
