The project is integral to realizing NTNU's International Action Plan 2018–2021 and the new International Development Plan 2022-2025. These strategic initiatives focus on enhancing NTNU's global engagement and knowledge contribution. Aligning with the Norwegian government's objectives in the Strategy for Norway’s participation in Erasmus+ and the European Education Area 2021-2027, our goal is to maximize participation in EU framework programs, especially Erasmus+. Emphasizing international mobility, we aim to offer students quality education, language proficiency, and intercultural skills, aligning with global job market demands. In student mobility, our target is for 50% of NTNU graduates to undergo an exchange period abroad, consistent with the goals of our University Alliance ENHANCE. The project also promotes international collaboration among administrative and academic staff, recognizing the value of such mobility for both research and education.
