Our objectives in participating in Erasmus+ Mobility Projects are outlined in our Erasmus Policy Statement: https://www.kristiania.no/en/about-kristiania/about-us/international/ The Erasmus+ programme is one of the main tools at Kristiania University College's disposal in order to further student exchanges, internationalisation and international network building. All study programmes at Kristiana must have an international component and an exchange opportunity, and we believe that international cooperation can also improve programme quality. For students, exchanges are an integral part of higher education in all cycles; and traineeships are important in making our successful model of national traineeships more and more international. For teaching staff, Erasmus+ is important to maintain networks, improve programmes and curricula, and teach comparatively and internationally. For academic staff, staff exchanges allow for insight into best practice and professional development. More generally, the Erasmus+ programme is important to reach our strategic goals, both from our General Strategy 2019-2025, and, especially, our Strategy for Research and Artistic Development 2019-2025. All strategies are found on our website.
