The RE.MIND project aims to shift the perception of entrepreneurship from merely running a business to developing a broad set of competencies applicable in all life areas. It seeks to integrate this concept into school curricula, aiding teachers in fostering entrepreneurial skills in VET students. Targeting 120 students and 30 teachers in Norway, Italy, Spain, Greece, and France, the project blends theoretical and practical components, bridging business and education. It involves students as participants and feedback providers, with teachers as facilitators, benefiting VET providers, SMEs managers, and policymakers, and ensuring transferable outcomes across the EU.

The digital transformation demands skilled professionals with strong soft skills. Developing entrepreneurial capacity is crucial, as emphasized by the 2018 Key Competences for Lifelong Learning.
