Objectives

The project “Time for Change” was implemented in Kobuleti, Georgia. 36 youths from six countries gathered together to discuss the topic of youth entrepreneurship and gain more knowledge about it. Using YE, we aimed to help youth build up their understanding and competencies concerning entrepreneurial learning as well as promote social entrepreneurship. The YE objectives were: - To provide a space for sharing experiences and best practices of youth entrepreneurship. - To show the importance and the benefits of Social Entrepreneurship. - To give the youth concrete tools, methods, and examples on how they can promote youth self-employment in their communities. - To help them foster a social entrepreneurial attitude among youngsters. - To identify the concrete entrepreneurial potential and challenges to implementing youth initiatives in urban and rural areas where they live. - To learn how Erasmus+ programme tools can be utilized for further exploration of youth entrepreneurial initiatives. - To promote intercultural dialogue and exchange. The youth exchange "Time for Change" served as an incredible opportunity for the younger generation to delve deeper into the world of social entrepreneurship. The project offered a comprehensive platform that enabled young people to acquire new perspectives, attitudes, and mindsets concerning this field. During the program, the participants explored and developed innovative models that successfully motivated young people to take an active interest in social entrepreneurship. One of the primary objectives of the project was to share effective tools and methods that would help prepare and encourage young people to undertake entrepreneurial activities. Through this initiative, participants gained a deeper understanding of the various challenges that come with entrepreneurship, along with the strategies and skills necessary for success in this field. As a result of the project's implementation, the participants acquired and honed key competencies, such as critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They also gained a heightened awareness of personal development, active citizenship, social issues, and social entrepreneurship. Overall, the project successfully motivated the youth to implement their ideas and engage in social entrepreneurship activities. Through the exchange, the participants discovered new ways of addressing social issues, making a positive impact on their communities, and contributing to the greater good. The project served as a catalyst for change, inspiring young people to develop innovative solutions to pressing societal problems.
