Through the implementation of the project, we wanted to expand the language and digital competences of the adult education staff of our organization, build the capacity of educators to implement high-quality mobility projects, expand and make our educational offer in the area of informal and non-formal adult learning more attractive, and strengthen the European dimension of teaching and learning.
The organization has been operating since October 2018. In its development, it focuses on improving the quality of adult education, developing staff competences, integrating immigrants with the local community and internationalization of the organization thanks to closer transnational cooperation between the association and partners from Erasmus+ program countries. The Association carries out its educational activities at the University of Generations, Neuroacademy, Laboratory of Digital Competences, language school and the Academy of Sport. The aim of the project "Strengthening the competences of the adult education staff of the International Institute of Science, Culture and Business" was to: extend the language and digital competences of the adult education staff, build the capacity of adult educators to implement high-quality mobility projects, expand and make the educational offer of informal and non-formal adult education more attractive thanks to professionalization educators and strengthening the European dimension of teaching and learning. As part of the project, 12 participants took part in training, and 18 in observation of work. Mobilities took place in Spain, Ireland, Turkey, Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic.
