The Kuźnia Talentów Foundation is a non-governmental organization established in 2015 and currently operates in the areas of non-formal education of adults, children and youth, with particular emphasis on the development of teaching staff competences. The Foundation operates at the local, regional and national level; we implement an increasing number of training projects and meets the current needs of our training participants, however, we have insufficient knowledge about training trends used abroad and the European dimension of teaching and learning. We lack reference to foreign practices/trends. and responds to current educational needs (taking into account local realities), including those that appeared as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Poland's closest neighbor (we are in the process of organizing ICT training for educational staff); however, in order to be able to offer In order to provide our training providers with modern, high-quality services, it is necessary to go beyond local, regional and even national practices and constantly develop the competences of the staff responsible for the coordination and implementation of training
