Objectives

The purpose of the project was to raise the level of knowledge, skills, competence, and experience of the staff of the DOM Foundation. Which was to contribute to improving the quality of the Foundation's work and raising its prestige in the local environment and translate into the attractiveness of our offer. We also assumed the establishment of new foreign contacts and the expansion of existing international cooperation. We assumed that an important component of this success is the improvement of the professional and personal competencies of the Foundation's staff. And the improvement of English language skills and the acquisition of specific know-how from training abroad translated into the free participation of the Foundation's staff in international projects, assistance in finding foreign partners for new Erasmus+ ventures, will enable them to participate in Erasmus+ contact seminars and assistance in drafting project proposals. Within the framework of other funds we obtained (EEA), we had the opportunity to go on a search trip to the textile museum in Prato, we have established and continue to establish contacts with other European museums dealing with cultural heritage - improving language competence is a very important task
