By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve three main goals: 1. RE-CONNECTION - REGAINING CONTACT AND REBUILDING BROKEN TIES WITH OUR AUDIENCE During the POST PANDEMIC period, we saw the need to connect to educational and social-artistic activities, the audience groups that were most affected by physical isolation. This goal was linked to our needs - from the development of two collectives, CIAŁO and MPM, which carry out activities for the residents of Warsaw, in terms of conscious work with the body and intergenerational activities. We also wanted to get out of social "bubbles", to target new audiences, so far not using the offer of theater pedagogy. 2. IMPROVING COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS IN CHANGING POST-PANDEMIC CIRCUMSTANCES On the one hand, our goal was to improve competence in the skills of working with the Body and, on the other hand, skills in intergenerational work (MPM). 3. DEVELOPING CONTACTS WITH ORGANIZATIONS IN SPAIN One of our needs was to develop contacts with vibrant institutions from Spain that have a set of competencies and practices that we would like to incorporate into our daily operations.
The Theatre Pedagogues Association's Body and Theater project number 2021-1-PL01-KA122-ADU-000018294 was implemented from December 31, 2021 to June 29, 2023 within the framework of the Erasmus+ Action 1 Adult Education program, The Society of Theater Educators (SPT) has been active since 2010, bringing together more than 40 educators, designing and implementing original educational, artistic and social projects and supporting the development of theater education in Poland. It deals with practical theater pedagogy in schools, theaters, universities, community centers and independent venues. We carry out many educational programs aimed at adults, such as: > A series of educational activities of the "Body" collective, enabling a wide audience to increase awareness of their bodies (activities and virtual and stationary). > Intergenerational Municipal Patrol (MPM) - performative educational activities. culminating in a joint intergenerational performance. The collective has been active since 2017. Recently, its activities were conducted online > Divers and Astronauts - a virtual educational and performative festival > Action with residents in the backyards of Warsaw's Praga district > Workshop series preceding theatr. performances
