Due to the dynamic development in the era of today's globalization, we have noticed the need to internationalize our association by establishing foreign contacts and training our staff through job shadowing and English language courses. The "Triada" Association operates in Eastern Poland( Chelm- 25 km from the Ukrainian border), where there is a lack of industrialization, predominantly agricultural areas, high unemployment, inheritance of poverty and threat of social exclusion. We are also facing a demographic decline, and thus an aging population. In addition, our area is home to quite a large group of refugees from Ukraine. In view of the above, management, full-time employees, contracted employees and volunteers were involved in the project in order to improve the competence of our employees. It has become a very important aspect for us to strengthen the position of our association in the local market as an institution open to new challenges, moving with the times, responding to the needs of our end recipients, i.e. people participating in our projects, e.g. seniors, unemployed people, entrepreneurs wishing to develop their capabilities through reorganization.
