We set two goals: 1. Development of the English language in order to establish long-term international cooperation with foreign organizations operating in the field of adult education 2. Acquiring knowledge of the use of transactional analysis in organizations and its implementation into training programs.
Progress Kalińska, Talik Spółka Jawna has been operating on the market since October 18, 2017, dealing with the area of education adults. In 2018-2021, we carried out a total of 135 training courses with a total number of 4,300 hours. 1,408 participants participated in them. Our goal is to support adults in the process of development and lifelong learning. We implement these goals through training projects aimed at people involved in the education of adults, including people at risk of social exclusion. We provide educational services to improve the situation of our clients by strengthening their position on the labor market, preventing social exclusion, professional and social activation, and training aimed at developing soft and interpersonal skills. We work with over 15 trainers. We are constantly expanding our training offer and improving the quality of our services.
