By participating in the mobility, we wanted the teaching staff to be open to the pursuit of continuous development. We also wanted our organization to open up to new partners and to continue cooperation in the long term as part of Adult Education. We wanted project participants (directly) and the pupils and their families (indirectly) to learn about the differences in the culture and customs of the partner's country.
The mobility created an opportunity for some of our organization's employees to participate directly in an international project. They could see the work of a similar institution abroad for the first time, learned about new working methods, learned about a new culture and customs.
