Objectives

We wanted to obtain finances for training employees at the European level in the field of communication and mobbing: -We wanted to learn from specialists how to talk to each other, how to communicate with different types of personality - which resulted in the improvement of our professional relations, well-being and self-confidence in interpersonal contacts; - We wanted to learn to transmit the message correctly and to ensure a clear message of our intentions, so that they would be properly interpreted by the recipients - in this way to avoid misunderstandings - We wanted to learn the psychological and legal mechanisms of the mobbing phenomenon and learn how to recognize and counteract it and fight to prevent such a situation in our workplace or to know how to act in the event of a threat; - We wanted to integrate teachers with non-teaching staff at the level of communication - verbal and non-verbal, so that there would be no mobbing and conflicts through the hierarchy; - We wanted to improve the work comfort of all school employees, which translated into better psychophysical well-being, results in work with students, school promotion as well as professional and personal development of the teaching and non-teaching staff.

Background

The Board of Schools Agricultural Centre of Permanent Education is a dynamically developing educational institution, enjoying popularity among primary school graduates and the local community. For years, the school has been participating in various projects and actions, with the aim of increasing the level of education and making classes more attractive for students and enabling employees to gain new qualifications. The project concerned mainly training in the field of communication and mobbing, because in this form of training school employees never had the opportunity to participate and we really wanted to, especially after the difficult period of isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to work remotely, which significantly influenced the shortages and problems with the communication skills of our staff and non-teaching staff. Moreover, the topic of mobbing has also started to be discussed, so we wanted to explore the knowledge and check what this phenomenon is and whether there is this problem in our school, and learn how to fight it and make other employees - not participating in mobility - aware of the importance of communication, what to do to improve its quality in our school and how to counteract mobbing.
