Background

The school has 251 students aged 7-15. The institution implements two core curricula: for the 1st and 2nd educational stages. The most important goal of education is caring for the integral biological, cognitive, emotional, social, and moral development of the student. The internationalization of the school is being actively implemented. The organization is struggling with the following problems: - low results of students' final exams, - low motivation to learn among students, - low key competences of students, including linguistic and digital, - too low linguistic and digital competences of students and teachers, - too low level of internationalization of the facility, - low awareness of students related to environmental protection and global greenhouse. One of the ways to solve the problems is the participation of students and teachers in foreign mobility and forms of professional development. The participation in E+ and POWER projects so far and the achieved results have exceeded the expectations of the organizers. Their implementation was positively received in the school and local community, encouraging the organizers to take up new challenges. Participation in the E+ program contributes to the prestige of the school.
