In the evolving reality and after a long period of pandemic restrictions and remote classes, the implementation of the project was to help return to normality and give opportunities for personal and professional development, the use of acquired knowledge in practice and greater involvement in democratic life. We noticed the need to motivate students and teachers to civic behavior, language learning, use of innovative methods, wider use of modern technologies and the use of good practices and experiences of others.We strived to reduce the differences in the level of knowledge, skills and competences and to take a new look at education to make the school modern, open to the needs of young people and attractive to potential candidates. Participation in the project was supposed to contribute to better teaching results, an increase in the number of people choosing foreign languages and modern technologies as subjects of the matriculation exami or as a field of study. The project was supposed to give an opportunity to overcome barriers in order to achieve greater European integration and promote common values. We hoped that in future many of our graduates would study or work abroad promoting their country, school and local environment.
Our organization offers educational programs specified in the core curriculum and a proprietary Police Education program, under which we run uniformed classes. The most important challenge after the pandemic was to survive on the educational market, create an attractive program so that parents would be ready to pay for education despite a drop in income. teachers and students needed more motivation to work, real opportunities for personal and professional development and the use of acquired knowledge in practice. It was necessary to increase involvement in democratic life and participation in programs promoting common European values, promoting ethical and civic attitudes. Such opportunities were provided by project activities, developing innovation and creativity as well as various skills, competences and activities, contributing to the attractiveness and development of the school. To meet the needs and challenges, we shared our experience and used good school practices We want our school to be democratic, student-friendly, so that they feel safe in it, developing national and European identity.
