The project "Być na czasie-czas na TIK!" aimed to achieve several educational outcomes at SP Primary School No. 11.The main goal of the project was to enhance the digital skills of both students and teachers, as well as to increase foreign language proficiency among the teaching staff. By introducing new teaching methods and understanding practices and educational systems in European countries,project focused on improving the quality of education and motivating students to learn.It aimed to develop effective school management skills and foster an understanding of the social, cultural, and linguistic diversity among students and teachers. Through enhancing language skills and organizing training for the entire teaching staff, the project sought to increase teachers' satisfaction with their daily work. Participation in mobilities and job shadowing was intended to contribute to the improvement of teaching quality and foster innovative practices within the school.the project concentrated on enhancing digital and language skills,as well as on developing innovative teaching methods,positioning SP No.11 as a leading educational institution in the city.This, enabled the school to implement more effective action for the benefit of students
Primary School No. 11 is a well-equipped institution with a continually evolving teaching staff.In the realm of educational activities,it presents a broad educational offering such as foreign language classes (English, German,extra French) as well as specialized sports classes focusing on swimming, handball.Within extracurricular activities,the organization introduces programs of a sports-oriented,supportive,integrative and educational-development nature.The organization is characterized by years of experience in implementing innovative educational programs and an active 18-year engagement in European projects,the eTwinning platform, and environmentally focused initiatives.The "Być na czasie-czas na TIK!" project encompasses a range of mobilities for members of the teaching staff and management,along with participation in methodological,language,ICT, educational management,and job shadowing courses.The project aims to enhance the language and digital competencies of the teachers,further enrich extracurricular activity offerings and implement ICT tools for more effective learning.By engaging in project,SP11 aims to leverage European educational methods to improve teaching practices, boost competitiveness,visibility in the region.
