Objectives

We wanted to offset the adverse effects of the pandemic in the form of student depression and social exclusion by improving students' physical fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles. A key need for our school was to implement concrete measures and tools to reduce cases of depression and social exclusion among young people. Thanks to the established cooperation with European training centers, we wanted to equip the project recipients with the specific knowledge and competencies needed to counter this phenomenon. The main tool we implemented was sport. We wanted to implement effective sports techniques, which were a key element in preventing negative phenomena. Thanks to established cooperation, we intended to learn about the development and implementation of healthy lifestyle programs in other countries, develop a similar program , incorporate it into our school prevention program and implement it in the following years after the completion of the project. We planned to use sports techniques correlated with programs prevention programs in European countries, using elements of competition and team games as a factor promoting healthy lifestyle.
