Thanks to this project, we wanted to achieve goals related to the needs of our institution. Among other things, the development of international cooperation with schools from the European Union and teacher training institutions was important. We also wanted students and teachers to get to know and start using such platforms as eTwinning or SEG. We wanted our students to communicate better in English, to become more open to other cultures. An important achievement was also the improvement of language skills and teachers' qualifications, it was the teachers who, after returning from mobility, applied the newly acquired knowledge in practice, during the lessons. The development of innovative teaching methods helped students develop key competences, one of them being the ability to identify, analyze and combat risky phenomena occurring in the online environment. This is especially important due to the time of the pandemic.
At the ZSOiT in Wojkowice, students study: a general high school and a technical school. The high school has uniform classes: police and legal, fire and effective and a psychological and pedagogical class. In the technical school, young people are educated in the following procedures: landscape architecture technician, geodetic technician and airport operational services technician. As part of these communities, we work with, among others: SWPS in Katowice, Loltnisko in Pyrzowice, the Complex of Landscape Parks of the Silesian Voivodeship and the Silesian University of Technology. We prepare young people for final exams. it concerns improving the education process at a higher level of application, improving the results of matura exams. For several years, students of our school have been participating in the Ridero publishing project - the mission of the book, and they write stories that are published in the books they attend.
