We wanted to prepare the pupil for their lives in a modern world. To awake and support pupils’ comprehensive activity in the world around them, the world they perceive at school and experience in everyday life. We wanted to make pupils aware that the things they learn are equivalent to daily experience. It was important for us to make pupils aware that there is a correlation between taught content, which awoke and developed their curiosity and scientific thinking. We wanted to help our pupils to achieve the life skills necessary for a successful career. It was important to keep the pupil’s engaged by activity-based learning that provides unique and creative solutions of problem-solving tasks. We stimulated expression and creativity. We supported the student so that they would try to gain knowledge on their own from an early age. We wanted to show what the theoretical and practical application of knowledge is all about. It was important for us to anchor the knowledge in everyday life and activate the one passed in formulas. We wanted to transfer knowledge so that the information attracts attention, which contributes to its effortless remembering. All this was intended to improve the teaching results.
TheSP1 essence of education is to implement future generation with values.Hemmed in by curricula,books,the current system isn’t conducive to comprehensive development.The grades may say a student has mastered all the competencies,but this only applies to a specific topic of a given subject.There are few opportunities to implement the acquired knowledge into practice,to realize the omnipresence of science in everyday life,to integrate the acquired knowledge.The implementation of this project made us aware of the importance to transfer knowledge in a non-abstract,understandable and easy to assimilate way.The holistic approach enabled to create a coherent image of the explored world in student's mind.The interpenetration of elements of many disciplines is obvious.SP1 aims to shape a student opened to knowledge,culture and the world,where planning joint,comprehensive educational activities turned out to be necessary.The world is changing constantly,the transferred knowledge and skills are to help students in their future lives.We focus on teaching key competences and knowledge processing skills.We wanted and want to show the rightness in taking up similar problems in different subjects in school practice,more or less at the same time.
