Raising and perfecting competences professional teachers - skills, knowledge, attitudes in the field of modification of teaching methods, implementation of new technologies, strengthening digital, methodological and language competences, the use of modern tools and solutions increase students' motivation to learn, shaping attitudes of responsibility for learning outcomes, 4. implement innovative methods and solutions in the school as well as modern strategies observed in partner schools, 5. improve the language skills of teachers and students in order to improve communication skills in the school , 4. raise teaching standards based on partnership and cooperation with European schools, introduced project based methods ,more IT ; introduce the school - teacher students into the area of European education, give it a wider European dimension, bring multiculturalism closer and get to know partner schools, work organization and cultural conditions. 6. Improve the image of the school in the environment as a modern institution, open to cultural diversity and innovation, drawing on the experience of others, help students and teachers to understand multicultural diversity and work with the idea.
The primary school in Nietków is a small rural school, we employ 25 teachers and 123 students attend the school. The school has a pre-school department. our teachers commute from a nearby town - 30 km and students from two villages commute by bus. The school is intimate and safe, students come from families with a low financial status, they also have low motivation to learn, they come from families with low aspirations, the teacher puts a lot of effort to activate students through additional educational programs, projects so that through additional activities and financial resources they can participate more widely in social and cultural life, broaden knowledge and competences . Our students achieve average results in external exams, in particular in math and language skills are a big problem and require a lot of support. Our teachers are an ambitious group of educators responsible for the school and the effects of student education, they willingly take additional courses, training, engage in educational programs, write projects and implement them with passion and commitment. We are systematically gaining experience in the implementation of Erasmus projects for students and for teachers who improve their competences .
