Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych was established in 1976 as a result of the merger of two pre-existing mechanical schools. Our school is an institution where we try to combine a long tradition with a modern educational offer. The fields of education we offer meet the requirements of the modern labour market and the expectations of students. We provide education within the framework of: General Secondary School, Mechanical Secondary School, Industry Vocational School and General Secondary School for Adults. Activities carried out as part of this project focused on the professional, linguistic and personal development of students in the Mechanical Technical Secondary School with the profiles of mechatronics technician and optician technician. Our school has a well-equipped didactic base, necessary for the implementation of the curriculum for mechanical trades, but as a modern educational institution, we try to provide our students with a variety of ways to acquire and deepen their knowledge. Participation in placements abroad was an excellent opportunity to gain work experience and learn about working methods and conditions abroad and gave young people the opportunity for linguistic, social and personal development.
