The school (ZS3) wanted to maintain its leading position on the market of educational services in Wrocław and offer the highest quality of vocational education for its graduates. We understand that in order to achieve this, it is necessary to take advantage of all opportunities for development activities, especially those that (like this project) offer a direct impact on the development of skills, knowledge and attitudes in the professional aspect of our students. We wanted the possibility of internships abroad to be an element of continuous education for our best students, thanks to which everyone else also tried much harder to achieve the best results in learning and have the opportunity to take part in monthly internships. In addition, we wanted to respond to the need to create a Project Team (ZP) of our teachers. We wanted to build the potential of our staff and the ability to implement more European projects by our teachers. The project gave an opportunity to learn more about the procedures for implementing mobility under Erasmus+ 2021-2027.
Zespół Szkół nr 3 in Wrocławiu (abbreviation: ZS3) emphasizes the high quality of education. We have gained the title of Silver School 2018 and 2021. In 2021, in the Ranking of Technical Schools in Wroclaw 2021, we took 1st place (according to WaszaEdukacja.pl).We try to organize occupational studies in the companies as often as possible, so that the student has a chance to observe the potential workplace and employees. We conduct workshops, thematic classes at employers in the field of the taught profession, we invite employers to participate in the open days of the school and present their own plants. We cooperate with over 50 national employers under patronage agreements. The strategic partner is Orbis Hotel Group. We wanted to return to the implementation of foreign professional internship projects due to their huge, positive impact on our youth (in the past two years we have not been able to obtain funding, which is why we are currently changing the approach and organization of project work). The project was implemented in a new formula, in which ZS3 is responsible for key aspects in the implementation of activities.We contacted companies directly, we carried out trainings within our own resources (trainers were our teachers)
