Background

Secondary School Complex No. 2 Tadeusz Kościuszko Vocational Education Center has been carrying out activities related to the education of young people since 1925, combining tradition with a modern approach to the professional development of young people. Within ZSP No. 2, there is a technical school and a first-level trade school. The school directs its educational offer to people who want to gain professional competences and qualifications and pass the secondary school-leaving examination during their education. Our school is attended by young people aged 15-19 and adults as part of a trade school. More than half of our students come from rural areas, and the monitoring carried out at the school shows that 35% of people are people with reduced opportunities at risk of social exclusion. This is the group that the school wants to take care of the most by engaging them in activities aimed at raising the potential of these students. International projects are an important element of the functioning of the school. The implementation of the project was an important element of supporting not only the professional potential of our students, but also their linguistic, cultural and social development.
