The most important goal of the project was to increase the skills and professional competences of our school's students educating in the following profiles: IT technician, railway transport technician and port and terminal operation techniques. The participation of our students has significantly increased the chance on the Polish and international labor market. The implementation of the project by our graduates allowed to expand the language competences of students, especially English, through the implementation of foreign internships. Work placements and mobility abroad have offered the best method to develop language competences in practice in the form of project assignments. An important goal was to prepare students for diploma examinations in vocational subjects. Students had a chance to learn new methods of working with the use of theoretical knowledge in practice. Additional goals are the promotion of our school, expansion of international contacts and the possibility of further experience in project implementation.
The program was implemented under the project no. 2021-1-PL01-KA122-VET-000020809 "Internships on the European labor market" on 23.05-03.06.2022. 30 students from profile technicians and 2 teachers took part in the project. The sending organization was Zespół Szkol im. Władysław Stanisław Reymont in Małaszewice, while the host organization was the Greek partner of Kika Mobility Training Center Ltd ZS im. W. Reymonta in Małaszewicze is a state institution in the education of vocational / technical secondary schools. Our target group is young people aged 15-19. We offer education in a 4-year high school - Uniformed services with elements of law. 5-year technical school - T. automatic railway traffic control, port and terminal operation, IT specialist, motor vehicles, rail transport. 3-year First Degree Industry School: Fitter of the railway surface, Warehouseman-Logistics. The mission of our school is to implement four individual aspects of education. Learn to know, learn to act, learn to live together and learn to be. Our school had the opportunity to participate in Erasmus + programs and expand its cooperation with host organizations from Italy and Greece.
