The aim of the project was to increase the level of internationalization of the Academy and to develop a number of competences among student and employees through the realization of international mobilities in the academic years 2021/22 and 2022/2023. In particular, the Academy hoped to achieve the following goals by carrying out the project: - to create better opportunities for students for developing their artistic skills, and therefore, to broaden their future employment opportunities - to raise the level of independence and entrepreneurship of the students - to improve students' and employees' language skills as well as their consciousness of belonging into a cross-cultural community - to improve the quality of teaching and of all activities undertaken by the employees for students - to broaden the knowledge of students and employees about the Erasmus+ Programme. Moreover, we assumed that by attempting to achieve the mentioned specific objectives, the position of the Academy in an international dimension will be strengthened. Our intention was also to make new contacts with artistic and research centres abroad in order to start a cooperation, if possible.
