The implementation of the University student and staff mobility project is to be an important impulse for its development, strengthening the brand and building a modern study offer. Participation in it means mobility of students and staff, the international dimension of curricula, a positive attitude to learning foreign languages, increased flexibility of studies, building intercultural awareness,and respecting and understanding different views and ways of thinking. The implementation of the project at the University translates into linguistic education of students and staff in the field of specialized vocabulary, learning the language of the target country, the introduction of a modular mode of classes in a foreign language, creating an international dimension of teaching programs, establishing cooperation to create study programs to obtain double diplomas, arrivals of foreign specialists to conduct classes and joint research, increasing professional and linguistic competences, expanding the teaching offer and diversifying the cultural experiences of the University environment, implementing the principle of non-discrimination, while ensuring the knowledge about the cultural conditions and social and economic realities of Poland.
