The Erasmus+ project no. 2021-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000003625, implemented between September 1, 2021 and October 31, 2023, aimed to significantly increase the internationalization possibilities of the University of Rzeszów, expand existing cooperation with partner universities and acquire new institutions. The mobility project perfectly matched the assumptions of the University's mission, which has an extensive network of regional and pan-European contacts that aim to expand UR's activity in the international educational and scientific arena. The University's strategy places great emphasis on the mobility of the entire academic community and increasing the skills and professional competences of staff. The idea was to enable continuation of work on the quality of studies and increase the innovativeness of scientific activities. The university also hoped to increase the transparency of education; increase in mutual trust between partner universities, increase in the quality of educational outcomes; focusing education on students and their achievements; shortening the training time; developing discussions between various employees on education systems and applying good practices in conducting classes in a multicultural environment.
