Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk (aMuz) systematically strives to develop in the area of internationalization. The direction in this area is set by the Academy’s Vision, which states that: "aMuz, as an academy located in the Pomeranian region (long known in the national and international narration as a window to the world), should be constantly open to the broad social, economic environment and cultural diversity at the national and international level.” Projects under the Erasmus/Erasmus+ Program, which have been implemented for almost 25 years, are an irreplaceable instrument for the Academy to realize this concept and support the creation of a global community of artists-musicians. The Academy cooperates closely with foreign music centers, belongs to the international association AEC. Through the implementation of the project, the following goals were achieved: enriching the educational offer by making it possible to complete part of the studies at a partner university, strengthening the potential of students on the future labour market through the possibility of participating in traineeships, development of academic staff, broadly understood academic cooperation, strengthening the image of the Academy abroad.
