The objectives of this project were directly related to the mobility of students and staff between institutions in the program countries. They included, in particular, building stronger relationships between educational institutions, developing intercultural skills, improving the quality of education, enhancing the attractiveness of the institution, and supporting social mobility. * * The aim of the Erasmus+ Program was, therefore, to enable students and staff of the institution to participate in international exchanges, fostering stronger relationships and collaboration between various educational institutions in Europe. Mobility within the program also encouraged understanding and respect for cultural differences. Students and staff had the opportunity to study and work in an international environment, contributing to the development of intercultural skills and increased openness to diversity. Mobility for students and staff was also seen as a means to enhance educational processes. The Erasmus+ Program contributed to increasing the attractiveness of the institution for potential students and academic staff, ensuring equal access to international mobility opportunities for all students and staff of the institution.
