The aim of this project was to implement student mobility for studies and internships, as well as staff mobility for lectures and trainings. In accordance with the ECHE Charter, all obtained by students ECTS points were recognized and all students completed the period of study and internship. When implementing this project, AWF set itself quantitative and qualitative goals. Thanks to student and staff mobility, we increase the level of internationalization of the University, which is the strategic goal of the University. It contributes to improving educational, pedagogical and professional competences, which are the crucial goals of the University. We have increased the number of staff mobility. Participation in the project contributed to improving the quality of education. Teachers could modernize their teaching skills, verify the way they conducted classes, exchange experiences in the field of scientific research, and determine the scope of further cooperation, joint projects and publications. In addition to specific knowledge and skills, participants improved their language skills, level of independence, entrepreneurship, flexibility and openness to European matters.
