Educational Mobility project (agreement no. 2021-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000004759) was completed by Lublin University of Technology from 1.09.2021 to 31.10.2023. The project was compliant with the strategy of internationalization of the University, ECHE Card, EPS and interinstitutional agreements.The main objectives of the project was a rise of internationalization via completion of quality mobilites and other support and promotional activities. Students aimed at gaining international experience and thanks to this, improving their chances in the job market.Teachers were given the opportunity to improve their didactic competences in the international class, to gain and establish contacts. Administrative staff aimed at improving their language skills and raising their job satisfaction. The project aimed at raising the attractiveness of the educational offer and adapting it to the job market needs.Project completion aimed also at positive image enhancement of the University on the local, regional, national and international level. The project was supposed to help create a positive image in the group of international candidates and raise the awareness of local communities about cultural diversity.
