Objectives

Participation in international exchange programs is a top priority for the Krakow University of Economics (KUE) – and thanks to following this policy, the goals set out in the University’s by-laws and the Erasmus Policy Statement are successfully achieved. The Erasmus+ program has a highly positive impact on the internationalization of the University – as an institution that is ready to operate in the international educational space. The implementation of the mobility project under the Erasmus program directly translates into the acquisition of new competences by students and employees of the University, into the improvement of the quality of the teaching process, and into the modernization of educational programs and curricula. In turn, the above activities also contribute to building the University’s recognition among external institutions. All this has direct bearing on expanding the University’s potential, for instance, through the implementation of strategic, infrastructural, scientific, and research projects. Accordingly, expanding the University’s potential and increasing its international recognition also translates into an increase in the number of potential students.
