Key project achievements: - continuing the process of internationalization - development of available study programs based on exchange of experience with partner universities - development of the offer of subjects taught in English, available to foreign students - stimulation of the development of language skills of teachers conducting classes in foreign languages - achieving high rates of university internationalization, which has an impact on the evaluation of the scientific unit and the PKA (Polish Accreditation Committee) assessment - promoting all forms of Erasmus mobilities as a turning point in the field of education, exchange of experiences, multiculturalism, and increasing the attractiveness of future graduates on the labor market - promoting Erasmus mobility among university employees as an important point in their professional career, which translates into, among others, periodic evaluation of an academic teacher. - Implementation of the gender equality plan introduced by the Rector-Commandant's order No. 16/2023 - Implementation of the accessibility strategy, introduced by the Rector-Commandant's order No. 9/2023 - Development of various IT tools, including the completion of EwP policy implementation.
