The main objective of the participation of the University of Lomza in the Erasmus+ Programme under the KA103 Project was to create opportunities for student and staff mobility exchange, which was a vital element of the University’s internationalisation process. The activities implemented under Action 1 Learning Mobility of Individuals were expected to significantly improve the quality of education, help tailor study programmes to the individual needs, support students in acquiring new skills that would enable them to meet the ever-increasing requirements of the labour market and increase their chances of success in future careers. * Participation in the Programme helped students make friends and become more tolerant of different cultures. As a result of acquiring practical knowledge, they became independent, responsible, and self-confident. Through teaching and training mobilities, University staff further developed their skills and competencies, acquired new teaching methods, and established international contacts, which often resulted in long-term cooperation. The Participants’ outlook on the world has also broadened as a result of the mobility abroad, which has transferred the acquired competences onto the domestic ground.
