Continuing the Erasmus+ exchange program, we planned and expected to achieve a balanced mobility profile with teaching staff and students from each of the university faculties participating in exchanges. This, along with accepting incoming students, was supposed to boost the internationalization of the university and to improve the learning experience of the persons involved. Our other goal was to extend our partner network through signing new cooperation agreements, especially in the field of internships for nurses. Part of the funds was supposed to be expended on traineeships for staff members including training that would improve their language and intercultural skills so that they would be of more avail to our KA203 projects.
