The aim of the project is to create exchange opportunities for students and university employees under the Erasmus+ mobility program. AHE wants to reach out to a wide range of students and university employees to inform them of the opportunities offered and the benefits of the project and to encourage them to take advantage of the exchange. The university wants to create equal access and opportunities for all participants so that those with fewer opportunities can benefit from the project. The goal of the project is for participants to gain knowledge, develop skills in communication, critical thinking, effective conflict resolution, language, intercultural competence. The project aims to develop digital skills of students and staff, promote blended mobility among the university's staff and students. AHE wants to encourage participants to become more active and involved in social and civic affairs. AHE actively seeks to establish new international cooperation with foreign institutions, thereby striving to meet the specific objectives of the Erasmus + mobility program. AHE welcomes foreign students and employees within the project, basing its activities on integration with university students and inclusion in university life.
