The main goal of the implemented project was primarily to enhance the qualifications of mobility participants and internationalize the University of Tourism and Ecology. The institution, undertaking the project, aimed to achieve various benefits such as the exchange of know-how, improvement of professional qualifications in international cooperation, development of common cooperation standards, evaluation and verification of procedures concerning substantive activities, improvement of procedures for building long-term strategies considering the competencies and needs of employees, teamwork considering dynamic changes in the job market, sustainable development of mobility participants (administrative staff and academic teachers), and expanding knowledge about foreign job markets. * * Additionally, the project aimed to disseminate previous experiences, modify and improve practical and language education programs, exchange experiences among mobility participants, promote the university in the local and regional environment, solidify the university’s good reputation on the educational map of Europe, and compare international work standards.
