Participation in the project of the Polish Naval Academy is implementing its strategy, one of the fundamental assumptions of which is the internationalization of military higher education and facilitating the participation in mobility of both employees and students. Moreover, it implements the assumptions of the strategies of the Ministry of National Defence, the EU and NATO in terms of internationalization, security and defense. The Erasmus+ program is a project that changes the lives and minds of not only the mobility participants, but also the people who work on its operation. Moreover, it also changes universities that have decided to implement it into internationalized, modern places that are a haven for people who want to work on their development, character and achieve the highest scientific and professional goals. Our priority is to maintain the increasing trend of student exchanges for studies (military and civilian), internships and employee exchanges in order to conduct classes and improve competencie during courses and training. As well as establishing new relationships with foreign partners and signing interinstitutional agreements. At the same time, we wanted to maintain the leading position of uniformed universities
