The aim of the project was to: * -support students and staff in the implementation of mobilities abroad * -improving and developing the internationalisation of the university * -improving professional, linguistic, social and soft competences in accordance with the EC catalogue of competences and strategies (e.g. foreign language skills, ability to learn, take initiatives, entrepreneurship, cultural awareness). * Students have completed a study abroad placement/internship in a company, research institute/other institution, increasing their experience, practical skills, knowledge and chances in the global labour market. * Teaching and admin staff participated in activities abroad related to their professional development (teaching/training mobility). Specific goals were achieved, i.e.: increasing competences and experience, increasing competitiveness on the labour market, acquiring skills necessary on the European labour market; improving the quality of education through new international contacts and cooperation, student and staff exchanges, introduction of new teaching methods; increasing the attractiveness of the University’s offer (new study offer), building relations and cooperation with the social and economic environment.
