In implementing the project, we aimed to maintain cooperation with existing partners and expand cooperation with other universities whose representatives participated in the so-called international weeks. In addition, we aimed to improve linguistic, scientific and didactic competencies and to learn about and exchange so-called good practices in the organisation of internationalisation and in the field of didactic innovations or improvements in administration. The aim is to share knowledge, experience and good practices between us and the partner universities. It was also important for us to continue an ongoing systematic initiative with one of the universities in the form of active participation in International Week by presenting their coherent research activities leading to the development of an employee's academic career. Encouraging other members of the academic community to take part in the various Erasmus+ programmes was also an important objective, as it provides an opportunity to gain linguistic and professional competences and broaden intercultural and international horizons, as well as increasing employment opportunities abroad.
