The implementation of the Erasmus program at the PJAIT brings numerous benefits, both for students and for the institution itself; it trains international competences, broadens educational horizons and fosters the establishment of international cooperation, which has a positive impact on the prestige and attractiveness of the university on a global scale. * Participation in the international exchange provides the opportunity to establish partnerships with other educational institutions, which is expected to lead to joint research projects, the exchange of academic staff or, ultimately, the creation of international study programs and participation in the alliance of European Universities. * Students participating in the program have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills not only in their main field of study, but also to develop soft skills such as intercultural communication or self-reliance, and to learn about other teaching methods and approaches.
