Objectives

The Poznan School of Logistics joins the Erasmus+ program every year in order to enable students to participate in mobilities, thanks to which they can complete part of their studies at a partner university. The trips are aimed at increasing independence, improving language skills, overcoming stereotypes, using various educational solutions offered by partners, but also establishing contacts with people from different cultures (not only private, but also professional). The Erasmus+ program also provides the opportunity for mobility for teaching staff who, thanks to such experience, strengthen their professional position (the mobility allows them to obtain a better evaluation of their work), learn other teaching methods and techniques, and have the opportunity to confront their knowledge and skills with the needs of people from another culture. In the described project, for the first time in the history of Poznan School of Logistics, it was possible to implement mobilities of students for internships and employees for training purposes, and thanks to the dissemination of information about the effects of these actions, the interest of other employees, including administrative ones, in implementing this form of mobility increased.
