The project aims to internationally expand the university and encourage the academic community to facilitate educational mobility for knowledge and professional experience. For academic and administrative staff, the project promotes the development of international contacts in teaching and research and the exchange of best practices. Collaboration with partner universities through staff mobility is intended to lead to additional activities beyond the Erasmus+ program in the future, such as joint research, projects, and publications. * Student mobility brings tangible benefits, such as the exchange of academic experiences and ideas, the development of language skills, and the enhancement of soft skills. Active participation in exchange programs significantly increases the prestige of the university on the international stage. * The main goal of the project is to increase the scale of mobility for students and staff at the University of Gdańsk, leveraging the opportunities arising from the project. The project aligns with the University of Gdańsk’s strategy for 2020-2025, encompassing the enhancement of education quality, international collaboration, knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and best practices in priority research areas
