The major goal of the project was to enable students of WSB Merito to pursue an integral part of their studies at another European partner university and at the same time to enrich the educational path with international experience. As a result, the employment opportunities of mobility participants were increased at the single, international labour market. * * The purpose of the mobilities for studies was to acquire new skills and at the same time to learn about the organization of studies and didactic solutions in European universities;developing social skills, increasing language and intercultural competences, establishing contacts, broadening educational horizons. * * The purpose of traineeships was to gain professional experience and get to know the international work environment in particular fields of education. * * The aim of academic and administrative staff mobilities was to share knowledge, learn new and teaching methods, especially those based on digital solutions or/and improve practical skills related to the performed work. * * The aim of BIP was to develop an innovative program in the area of logistics as an added value to regular teaching programs and to increase the competitiveness of students on international labor market.
